Behind “Yes Cape Verde”: The company ARPS World Limited (UK) and its sister company Construções Verde Cabo Verde Limitada (Cape Verde) are the corporate and legal entities behind the slogan and logo. Construction: Civil construction and production of inert materials for construction in Cape Verde (Construções Verde Cabo Verde Limitada) 2. Agents: Commercial representations, promotional services and philanthropic activities (ARPS World Ltd) 3. Property: We sell and rent all types of property in Cape Verde, whether owned by ourselves or on behalf of others (ARPS World Ltd) Our objectives can be summed up as follows: “We wish to promote Cape Verde internationally, assist in any way we can in the development of the country, whilst actively seeking to attract foreign investment.”  He is the CEO and Managing Director, as well as founder of both ARPS World Ltd (UK) and Construções Verde Cabo Verde Limitada (Cape Verde). Born in Santo Antão, in Cape Verde, in 1959, Estevão Gomes was no stranger to hard work and financial hardship in his youth. A primary school teacher, sous-chef in transatlantic cruisers and a butler trained in the old English school, he has travelled the world gaining valuable work and life experience for many years. Estevão became an entrepreneur in Portugal over 20 years ago and has gained, as a result, a profound knowledge in business dealings and management. He is a charming, polite, diplomatic and intelligent individual, driven by a tremendous love for his native Cape Verde and Africa. He started a successful employment agency almost 12 years ago in London, has created ARPS World Ltd in early 2006 and founded Construções Verde Cabo Verde Limitada (Cape Verde) in May 2009.
